Getting your body into shape

Getting your body into shape can have a great effect on your sex life. You start feeling more confident, more beautiful, more sexy becuase you know you look good. Your partner will feel more attracted to you, and it could mean better times ahead.

Getting into shape doesn`t mean running a marathon a day. It just means a little regular exercise, normal eating, and some determination.

The exercise part. Do light stretching, light exercises, involving the whole body. Aerobics would be a good start. Light jogging. Try to go continuously for around 20 minutes. Build your heart rate to around 180 and try to maintain it there.

If you`re just starting, exercise until you sweat. Then exercise a little more. Keep it up every day and you`ll be looking great pretty soon.
